Our Story
Across Pune, thousands of senior citizens live independently while their children work in other cities or countries. While financial support is often available, day-to-day assistance, companionship and trusted local support are frequently missing.
Care Bridge was established to bridge that gap. We act as the trusted local support system for senior citizens and their families, providing practical assistance, coordination and compassionate care whenever needed.
Our goal is simple: to ensure every senior citizen feels supported, respected and connected, while families enjoy complete peace of mind knowing someone dependable is looking after their loved ones.
Founder Story
Care Bridge was founded by Amol Sathaye, an experienced business leader and operations professional with over two decades of experience managing people, processes and service delivery across multiple industries and countries.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Amol led community support initiatives in Pune, coordinating food distribution and essential services. Through this work, he witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by elderly individuals living alone and families struggling to support parents from afar. Also having lived as an NRI for 10 years, he understood the stress, the helplessness NRIs face when it comes to the emotional well being of loved ones.
These experiences inspired the creation of Care Bridge, a service built on empathy, reliability and trust. Today, Care Bridge combines professional coordination with genuine human care to support senior citizens in leading safer, happier and more independent lives.
